Eating schedule should be as regular as possible to catch/get a biorhythm in your body. It should be in resonance with your body, your constitution. By good eating schedule you reduce fluctuations of blood sugar.


You shell eat three good meals daily with (frequent) snacks in between. You shell eat  something each 3-4 hours you are awake.

Very important is morning rehydration and breakfast.
